**Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Cotton Seed Supply Department (Hybrid Work Schedule)**

As a member of our team, you'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment that values creativity, innovation, and teamwork. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting the Cotton Planning Team by: * **Data Entry and Management**: Input data into digital spreadsheets and/or databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our inventory and costing systems. * **Master Data Management**: Update existing records and verify entered data to maintain the integrity of our master data. * **Administrative Support**: Assist the administration team with day-to-day tasks, providing a high level of support and ensuring seamless operations. * **Inventory Management**: Post inventories into SAP, ensuring timely and accurate updates to our inventory systems. * **Quality Control**: Monitor Bill of Lading to ensure timely receipt of required samples and correct tests, and classify batches to proper quality status with production managers' guidance. * **Materials Management**: Manage materials extension requests and resolve BOM, recipe, and costing issues, ensuring accurate and efficient materials management. * **Financial Analysis**: Interface with finance and controlling for accurate costing information, analyze materials to ensure accurate costing and minimize cost variances, and participate in monthly financial variance review meetings. * **Data Visualization**: Perform data extractions/downloads from SAP and create reports using BW and Power BI, build charts/graphs and KPIs for inventory analysis, and present and interpret data to assist in data-driven decision making. **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong emphasis on analytical and problem-solving skills. * **Microsoft Excel Experience**: 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel is essential, with a strong understanding of data management and analysis. * **SAP Experience**: Experience with SAP is a plus, but not required. **Nice-to-Haves** * **Microsoft PowerPoint Proficiency**: Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is a nice-to-have, but not required. **Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * **Dental Insurance**: Comprehensive dental insurance to protect your smile and overall health. * **Health Insurance**: Competitive health insurance to ensure your well-being and peace of mind. * **Paid Time Off**: Generous paid time off to recharge and pursue your passions. * **Vision Insurance**: Comprehensive vision insurance to protect your eyesight and overall health. **Work Environment and Culture** Our Lubbock, TX office offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment, with a focus on teamwork, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
