You will work closely with our team to ensure that all inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner. This is a remote opportunity, with the possibility of working from home after an initial 8-week training period. **Key Responsibilities** * Research and respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner * Utilize Microsoft Suite to manage and track inquiries * Collaborate with the team to ensure that all inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inquiries and responses * Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a clear and concise manner * Work independently with minimal supervision, using sound judgment and decision-making skills * Meet productivity and quality standards, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment * Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions * Data entry and/or typing experience * Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills * Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills * Experience with Microsoft Suite * Detail-oriented **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree * 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing * 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment * Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to meet productivity and quality standards * Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.
