Job Summary As a Trader Administrations Group Captain, you will report to our Dealer Administrations Manager and serve as a specialist-level individual contributor. Your primary responsibilities will include: Providing mentorship to colleagues to improve overall performance on key metrics Demonstrating creativity and commitment to initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture Serving as a subject matter expert and staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices Driving client satisfaction by inspiring the team to deliver exceptional customer support Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing projects to enhance efficiency and quality Resolving escalated complaints from clients and employees in a timely and effective manner Key Responsibilities As a Trader Administrations Group Captain at Blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: Collaborating with the Dealer Administrations Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving team performance Providing coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge Analyzing data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality Resolving complex client complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner Participating in ongoing training and development to stay current on industry trends and best practices Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field 2+ years of experience in an office environment, preferably in customer service or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a team-based environment Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel Experience with data analysis and metrics tracking Certification in customer service or a related field Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Ability to work independently and as part of a team Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
