**Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Professional – Remote Work Opportunity for Catering Operations & Logistics**

As a key member of our Catering Operations & Logistics team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of catering services to our passengers. You'll work closely with our team of experts to analyze data, identify trends, and drive improvements in our operations. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze working execution and consumer loyalty data to identify patterns, produce meaningful insights, and make data-driven recommendations * Work with the precise identification of underlying drivers to handle disappointments, and drive merchant responsibility for remedial activities, action plans, and timelines * Be visible and present in both the catering activity and in the airport activity as needed * Recognize and convey functional risks and process improvement suggestions using daily process observations and continuous examination of execution data * Participate in investigating and at the time goal to achieve working objectives * Lead regular reviews to ensure consistency with Catering Activities Business Manual, blithequark's Health Guidelines, and other regulatory requirements * Support examinations concerning health episodes including medical activity planning * Work with association with blithequark's Food handling and functional health groups * Provide direct oversight of the daily activity and lead reviews to ensure integrity of catering partner stock management process and reporting * Lead spot checks assessing stock levels of kitchen equipment, food, and drinks * Provide knowledge over key expense drivers or extraordinary expense drivers (e.g., equipment deficiency, unnecessary oversight) as needed * Coordinate execution of new menu ideas and service enhancements * Offer local support for drives like technology enhancements, changes to working execution measurements, process consistency, etc. * Collaborate with CSC and authority groups to help change management and communication plans for drives; offer local support and monitor reception and progress of new drives * Ensure strong communication and proactive preparation with airport partners including Inflight, SOC, Customer Support, Ramp Administration, and the Business Office * Participate in key airport gatherings to stay associated with partners and address functional difficulties * Act as a well-informed authority to give direction and backing to catering seller and neighborhood working gatherings **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary range of $60,000 to $85,000 per year, based on work-related, non-discriminatory factors like experience, education, and skills * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, accident and disability, parental leave, employee assistance program, employee, paid time off, 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, and flight honors * Opportunities for career growth and professional development in a dynamic and inclusive work environment * Collaborative and supportive team culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options, to support work-life balance **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (Designing, Business, or related field) or 4 years of relevant work experience * 2+ years of experience in an Expert, Operations, Counseling, or Designing role * Project leadership experience * Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships and engage with leaders and advanced employees from diverse cultures and working divisions * Successful business writing and speaking skills and confidence in communicating with all levels of management * Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Self-starter with the ability to both execute independently and successfully work together in a team environment * Ability to work during non-standard hours and peak periods when needed to support a global 24/7/365 operation, and to work in controlled and uncontrolled operational conditions * Willingness to work full-time at an airport-based location * Ability to be available and work beyond regular business hours to support the operation * 2+ years of experience in a salaried (non-hourly) Investigator, Operations, Counseling, or Designing role * Legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship * Effective fulfillment of interview expected to meet work capabilities * Strong, reliable attendance is a fundamental capability of the position; remote and hybrid work options are not relevant to this role **Preferred Qualifications:** * Master's or postgraduate education * 2+ years of Modern Designing work experience * 2+ years of carrier catering, airport operations, manufacturing, or other activities salaried (non-hourly) experience * HACCP, PCQI, or similar food handling certifications * Familiarity with more than one language **Equal Employment Opportunity:** blithequark is an equal opportunity employer.
