Blithequark is seeking a highly skilled Workflow Systems Analyst to join our Platform Services & Operations team in Core OS. As a Workflow Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in designing and expanding essential workflow tooling at scale, enabling teams to deliver high-quality software programs through exceptional engineering experiences, efficient workflows, data-driven insights, and a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Design and develop key workflow tooling at scale, enabling teams to deliver high-quality software programs Analyze and visualize data to identify trends and insights, and provide recommendations for process improvements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement workflow initiatives and drive change Develop and maintain dashboards to track key metrics and performance Profile complex systems, identify areas for improvement, and develop targeted solutions Translate insights into actionable wins, and work with partners to drive movement Essential Qualifications 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst Solid working knowledge of Analytics: visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive) Ability to turn studies into insights: develop key metrics, recommend policy changes, and deliver action plans to all levels of leadership Advanced Tableau developer Capable SQL user: aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation B.S. in Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent experience Preferred Skills Familiarity with Software Development Analytics: CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software delivery Experience in Software Development: knowledge of build pipelines, merging, checking systems and methods, and the delivery of code Product Ownership: fully accountable for key outcomes for a project — experience driving efforts and generating concrete outcomes through analytics Project management: plan and drive efforts, working across associate groups towards a unified goal Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
