As a Manager Operations Process at Blithequark, you'll play a critical role in shaping our customer experience strategy and driving process improvements that deliver tangible results. Key Responsibilities Problem Analysis and Resolution : Analyze complex problems and communicate effective solutions to the team and field, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to operations. Process Improvement and Implementation : Develop and implement changes that improve overall store operations processes, adding value to the bottom line and enhancing customer experiences. Project Management : Manage day-to-day processes, create and maintain project work plans, and drive core store operations projects and/or process improvements. Issue Management and Resolution : Identify and resolve issues and roadblocks that arise, responding proactively to unanticipated store needs and managing action steps for successful execution. Communication and Partnership : Communicate effectively with the field, stores, and internal stakeholders, building strong partnerships and driving collaboration. Insights and Recommendations : Prepare and deliver high-level insights and recommendations based on multiple analyses of industry/business, competitive landscape, and consumer data. Guidance and Training : Provide guidance and training specific to area of expertise, assisting in collaborating findings from data and making verbal/written recommendations. Knowledge Management : Maintain a knowledge base regarding specific operations and processes within store operations. Team Management : Oversee the selection, termination, performance appraisal, and professional development of support team members (Business Analysts). Essential Qualifications Education A bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job is required. We're looking for candidates with a strong academic background and a passion for continuous learning. Work Experience A minimum of 5 years of work experience is required, with a focus on retail, operations, or process management. We're seeking candidates with a proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Skills and Competencies Business Acumen : Strong business, functional, and/or store knowledge for their area of responsibility. Leadership and Management : Leadership and management experience preferred, with a focus on driving team performance and growth. Operations and Retail Experience : Strong operations, retail, and/or field experience required, with a focus on driving process improvements and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Communication and Partnership : Ability to partner and communicate well with the field, stores, and internal stakeholders. Strategic Thinking : High sense of urgency in responding to field needs, with strong big-picture and strategic thinking skills. Quantitative Skills : Strong quantitative skills, such as statistics and data analysis. Preferred Qualifications Certifications A PMI certification is preferred, demonstrating expertise in project management and process improvement. Experience 3 years of retail experience or process management in a related area is preferred, with a focus on driving process improvements and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
