Key Responsibilities As a Human Resources Specialist, your key responsibilities will include: • Providing support in a range of HR functions, encompassing compensation and benefits programs, employee life cycle management, and the implementation of policies. • Addressing employment-related inquiries with discretion and confidentiality. • Ensuring compliance with employment regulations while reviewing HR policies and procedures. • Assisting in onboarding processes, employee recognition initiatives, and management of employee leave policies. • Serving as a backup for biweekly payroll processing, managing electronic payroll systems and HRIS platforms. • Compiling and analyzing data to create reports and presentations that support informed decision-making. • Cultivating a positive work atmosphere that champions belonging, dignity, and justice.
