Job Overview As a Remote Call Center Fundraiser, you'll play a critical role in our mission by making outbound fundraising calls, answering incoming calls, and using scripts to provide information about our causes and candidates. You'll work with our Coaches to master our online calling platform and develop the skills you need to succeed. And with a flexible schedule, you can make a difference on your own terms. Key Responsibilities Make outbound fundraising calls on an automated dialer to existing or potential donors Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and provide information about our causes and candidates Use scripts to influence donors and drive success Record donor personal information accurately in our computer system Correctly code calls to ensure data accuracy Work with Coaches to optimize your performance on our online calling platform Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: A USB headset (or the ability to obtain one prior to training) A computer or laptop to work from Ethernet cord (to ensure a stable internet connection) Reliable Internet connection Essential Qualifications We're looking for candidates with: Strong sales and communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and experience can give you a competitive edge: Previous experience in fundraising or sales Familiarity with CRM systems and online fundraising platforms Strong analytical and problem-solving skills What We Offer We're committed to supporting our team members with a range of benefits and perks, including: Competitive hourly pay: $10.50 per hour Flexible schedule: Make your own schedule, call when you can Performance-based incentives: $2 for every contribution you make, plus additional incentives Comprehensive benefits package: Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement savings: 401(k) matching Paid training: Two weeks of paid training, plus an additional "Nesting Week" Career Growth Opportunities At workwarp, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop in their careers.
