Position Summary As a Remote Overnight Pediatric Radiologist with Diversified Radiology, you will play a critical role in our overnight teleradiology section, working alongside a team of 23 subspecialized radiologists, including 6 pediatric radiologists, 7 neuro radiologists, and 10 body radiologists. Your expertise in interpreting pediatric imaging studies, including CT, MRI, ultrasound, and X-ray, will be essential in providing timely and accurate diagnoses to support patient care. Key Responsibilities Interpret pediatric imaging studies with high accuracy and efficiency, providing expert diagnoses to support patient care. Collaborate with our team of subspecialized radiologists to ensure comprehensive coverage of pediatric patients across the US. Utilize our advanced technology platform, including InteleViewer, PowerScribe 360, and Clario Smart Worklist, to streamline workflow and optimize productivity. Participate in our quality assurance and peer review processes to maintain the highest standards of care. Communicate effectively with our 24/7 in-house radiology support team (ATC) and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Fellowship training in Pediatric Radiology. ABR Board Certification or Board Eligibility for recent graduates. Strong expertise in interpreting pediatric imaging studies, including CT, MRI, ultrasound, and X-ray. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a teleradiology environment. Familiarity with advanced technology platforms, including PACS and dictation software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt to changing workflows and priorities. Compensation and Benefits We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including: A competitive salary of $470,000 (including $400,000 base + $20,000 retention bonus + $50,000 late night bonus). Partnership opportunities offering $500,000-$550,000, depending on productivity. A $15,000 moving allowance, if applicable. A $1,000 monthly stipend during fellowship for those signed with Diversified Radiology. Generous time off, with internal moonlighting options available.
