About the Role As a Senior Account Executive, Mid-Market Sales, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders, developing a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics. Key Responsibilities Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders, developing a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics. Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between arenaflex and clients, and lead a cross-functional team within arenaflex to collaborate on projects and drive client success. Plan and achieve growth goals through the presentation of arenaflex advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing goals. Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses, and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers. Build knowledge of how arenaflex advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing goals. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities. The minimum qualifications for this position include: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in digital marketing, digital media, or advertising sales. Experience influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders. Preferred qualifications include: Experience managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context. Experience selling against traditional and digital media advertising solutions. Knowledge of traditional and contemporary online marketing strategy and tactics. Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a customer engagement strategy. Ability to leverage business acumen to strategically assess and help solve client needs. Ability to achieve goals and drive growth. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits At arenaflex, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $129,000-$191,000, bonus, equity, and benefits.
