**Experienced Staff Assistant – Remote Data Entry and Office Administration**

As a Staff Assistant, you'll be responsible for performing a wide range of office duties, including: * Scheduling meetings and events * Writing, editing, and proofreading documents * Ensuring phone coverage and welcoming clients * Managing mail, ordering and distributing office supplies * Coordinating P-card spending and tracking commemorations/birthday events * Organizing travel and hotel arrangements **What You'll Do** * Assist in planning and coordinating management presentations and special events as required * Monitor, review, and screen all local invoices through InvoiceWorks and disperse as necessary * Investigate and resolve office technology issues, including phone and copier machines * Track and ensure employees complete onboarding obligations, including proper system access, task assignment, letter drops, regalia, identification, fingerprinting, training, etc. * Assist in station event planning, coordination, and execution (e.g., team-building activities, lunch meetings, occasion dinners, recognition events) * Handle finance handling in Workbrain for management and care staff * Process deprivation letters and arrange local communications and responses * Oversee employee termination, including approval and tasks, as required * Assist with timekeeping capabilities, data entry, data validation, compromises, and recording * Maintain employee records, as needed * Maintain station meeting plans, including monthly crisis response * Access and manage various intermittent reports, including performance, review, cost, employee commitment, and recognition, etc. * Update required manualsFiles and maintain all security-related items * Serve as backup for other finance capabilities * Oversee records for OSHA, security, etc. (301's, weekly and annual) * Assist with budget planning and compromise, including monthly closeout of landing charges * Uphold auditing exercises as required * Track and confirm incentive reserves acquired * Liaise with CRE/Offices and vendors to follow local projects, as needed * Lead/coordinate work with other care staff, as needed * Perform other duties as required **All You'll Need for Success** * Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree * Prior office/administrative experience * Preferred Qualifications: N/A **Skills, Licenses, and Certifications** * Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. * Knowledge of procedures, policies, and corporate design * Ability to focus on work, be meticulous, and comply with time constraints * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks * Ability to be self-motivated with strong organizational skills * Ability to understand concepts and functionality of specific software and systems **What You'll Get** Take advantage of everything arenaflex has to offer: * Medical benefits: From the start, you'll have access to your health, dental, vision, and prescription benefits to keep you healthy.
