Your primary focus will be on understanding their businesses and needs, identifying opportunities to deepen and expand their use of arenaflex's solutions, and ensuring overall satisfaction. This is a fast-paced, results-driven role that requires exceptional collaboration and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of the finance and technology industries. **Key Responsibilities** * Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders at Enterprise and mid-market merchant customers, understanding their businesses and needs * Identify opportunities to deepen and expand customer relationships, driving revenue growth and reducing churn * Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customer success strategies, ensuring alignment with company-wide goals * Provide detailed feedback from customers to internal partners, driving initiatives forward and informing product development * Develop and execute customized onboarding and training plans to ensure customer success * Analyze customer data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer success initiatives, including sales, marketing, and product development **Essential Qualifications** * 5+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in the finance or technology industries * Proven track record of driving revenue growth and reducing churn in a customer-facing role * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for growth * Deep understanding of the finance and technology industries, including industry trends and competitor activity * Experience with CRM software and other customer success tools * Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or marketing **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with Enterprise and mid-market merchant customers * Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity * Experience with sales and marketing teams, including developing and executing sales and marketing strategies * Certification in customer success or account management, such as CSIA or CSM * Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for growth * Deep understanding of the finance and technology industries, including industry trends and competitor activity * Experience with CRM software and other customer success tools * Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment * Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
