You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations when needed. Occasionally, you may work with other products from other companies in the stores you service. Salary and Schedule Details • Your starting pay will be $14.00 to $15.00 depending on your skills and experience. Eligible Employees receive annual pay increases. • This is a Part‑Time position with a variable schedule during the work week. • Average weekly hours for this position are between 8‑10 hours per week. • Availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends, is required . Your Role and Responsibilities • Day‑to‑day engagement: Using a mobile device provided by Hallmark, you will restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within and outside the Hallmark department. Technology is critical for day‑to‑day work, communication with your supervisor, reporting time, providing feedback, and completing required merchandising surveys. Professional and courteous interaction with store employees, management, and customers is vital. You are responsible for the entire Hallmark product display at your assigned stores. • Holiday support: Hallmark operates on seasonal demand. You may be required to work additional days and extended hours during the work week around holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. During some holidays, you may work on the actual holiday itself, including weekends. • Department resets: At times you may be part of a team responsible for installing Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments and products, and resetting card sections. These assignments are typically announced two weeks in advance and may include evenings or weekend work. • One Team Vision: As part of Hallmark’s field organization, you are part of a network of merchandisers who support each other as needed in their territories. Physical Requirements This physically demanding job requires a high level of energy and urgency. You will work on the sales floor and in back stockrooms, consistently pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds and up to 50 pounds on occasion. You must kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout your shift and may need to climb stairs and step ladders. Basic Qualifications • At least 18 years of age. • Read, write, and understand English. • Capable of grasping, pulling, lifting, and carrying products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally. • Operate a digital hand‑held device to open and read documents and interpret information. • Access Wi‑Fi and internet. • Reliable transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
