The Role: Flavor Crew Member This role isn’t limited to one spot—you’ll jump in wherever you’re needed. Some days you’ll be behind the line making great food, other times you’ll be up front ringing up customers, and in between you’ll be prepping ingredients, keeping things clean, and helping the whole restaurant run smoothly. Every shift is different, and every day is full of flavor.
