Job Overview Pizarro's Freight LLC is seeking an experienced Freight Dispatcher to join our team. This is a fully remote position where you’ll be responsible for booking loads, coordinating with carriers, and negotiating the best rates. We need someone who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced logistics environment. Responsibilities • Source and book high-paying loads for Box Trucks, Cargo Vans, and Hotshots. • Negotiate with brokers and shippers to secure competitive rates. • Communicate efficiently with drivers to ensure on-time deliveries. • Track and monitor freight movements from pickup to drop-off. • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all loads. Qualifications • U.S. Citizen – required. • Verifiable experience with a minimum of 1 year in logistics or dispatching. • Proven track record dispatching Box Trucks, Cargo Vans, and Hotshots. • Must know how to use Sylectus, Amazon Relay, and DAT Load Board (Truckstop is a plus). • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Must have a laptop, reliable Wi-Fi, and direct access to load boards. • Absolutely no dispatch service companies – experience only.
