Job Overview We are seeking a results-driven Growth & Revenue Marketing Lead to help monetize, grow, and scale two purpose-driven digital education programs: • Purpose Blueprint ($127) • Breakthrough Blueprint ($397) This is an execution-first, revenue-focused role. We are not looking for long planning cycles without results. We are looking for someone who can step in quickly, launch revenue-generating initiatives, and drive measurable sales within the first 30 days. About the Programs Purpose Blueprint and Breakthrough Blueprint are digital programs designed to help individuals discover their God-given purpose, experience breakthrough, and thrive across all areas of life—including business, finances, leadership, mindset, and maximizing potential. While the mission is purpose-driven and faith-centered, these are commercial digital products with defined offers, pricing, and revenue goals. The ideal candidate is comfortable marketing and monetizing transformational, faith-based programs while maintaining professionalism, clarity, and measurable outcomes. Primary Objective: Early, Measurable Revenue Success in this role is defined by sales and revenue, not activity alone. Key Expectations • Launch revenue-generating funnels, lead magnets, and/or campaigns within 14–17 days of contract start • Generate a minimum of $4,000 in new sales revenue within the first 30 days (This is a baseline proof-of-traction target, not a ceiling) • Be at or near break-even by 45–60 days • Begin scaling revenue by 90 days • Brand clarity, content, and systems must directly support revenue outcomes Existing Assets Live assets already exist: • • You will evaluate whether these should be optimized, restructured, or expanded. All decisions must be guided by conversion and revenue impact, not aesthetics alone. Responsibilities • Develop and execute revenue-focused marketing strategies • Launch and optimize funnels, lead magnets, and campaigns • Refine or create revenue-driven offers • Guide content strategy tied directly to conversion • Recommend and manage (or guide) organic and paid traffic strategies • Track, analyze, and report revenue-related performance Paid Traffic & Budgeting Applicants must be able to: • Recommend a campaign structure (organic, paid, or hybrid) • Propose a 30-day ad spend budget, with clear rationale • Tie budget assumptions to revenue expectations Ownership & Accountability This role carries direct responsibility for both strategy and execution required to achieve increased sales and revenue within the first 30 days. Collaboration is expected—but ownership of results sits with this role. Serious Candidates Who are Interested Will Be Asked to Complete the Following: • A brief overview of your experience driving revenue for digital products, courses, memberships, or coaching programs • A 30-day and 60-day action plan outlining: • What you would launch • How traffic would be driven • How revenue would be generated • Your projected revenue ranges for 30, 60, and 90 days, including assumptions • Your perspective on the $4,000 minimum revenue target in the first 30 days • Confirmation of your GoHighLevel experience (hands-on vs. strategy-only) • Estimated weekly hours during the first 30 days • Recommended ad spend range for the first 30 days and why • Examples of past results (metrics preferred) This Role Is a Fit If You: • Are comfortable being accountable to revenue • Can execute quickly and prioritize speed-to-launch • Understand funnels, conversion, and monetization • Are comfortable marketing purpose-driven, faith-based programs • Think in outcomes, data, and systems This Role Is Not a Fit If You: • Prefer extended planning phases before monetization • Avoid revenue accountability • Focus primarily on branding without conversion • Are not comfortable with faith-centered messaging • Are not prepared to execute within the first 2–3 weeks We’re looking for a growth partner who can drive results from day one and help scale these programs with clarity, urgency, integrity, and accountability.
