They are seeking a Growth and Sales Development Specialist to manage sales conversations, maintain pipeline momentum, and support growth initiatives that directly impact revenue. Responsibilities Send, respond, and manage sales emails and messages daily, ensuring prompt and thoughtful connection. This is the primary focus of this position Identifying, prospecting, and reaching out to potential customers across channels Managing and updating the CRM daily to reflect accurate pipeline activity Proactively checking in on and following up after scheduled meetings Supporting sales development through clear, persuasive written communication Crafting engaging and informative copy for sales and growth efforts Supporting marketing initiatives across blogs, documentation, social media, and other customer-facing surfaces Skills Background in Sales Development, Growth, Marketing, or Business Development Proven experience in sales communication, follow-ups, and copywriting Comfortable managing multiple sales conversations at once Experience maintaining and growing a professional social media presence Highly organized with strong communication and collaboration skills Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market sales Experience with onboarding new accounts and administrative setup Familiarity with data tools such as SQL, Python, or Pandas Benefits Competitive compensation and growth opportunities Company Overview Athenic AI is revolutionizing Business Intelligence reporting and ad-hoc analysis, empowering individuals and teams to unpack the "Why" behind their data in mere seconds, not days.
