Essential Qualifications Demonstrated History : Proven track record of successfully driving and growing high-performing product management teams. Strategic Thinking : Solid strategic thinking and ability to interpret high-level business objectives into significant product development plans. Communication and Collaboration : Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and drive agreement across cross-functional teams in an inclusive manner. Data-Driven Mindset : Information-driven mentality, capable of analyzing client insights and utilizing data to drive decision-making in the fintech and loyalty space. Agile Methodologies : Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree : Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Experience in Fintech : Experience working in the fintech industry.
