Role Description We seek a Clinical Trainer to support our company's customers directly. The Clinical Trainer will work closely with a Regional Sales Organization to manage daily customer inquiries, in-person customer onboarding, and other company-wide efforts. • Deliver training to Dentists, Dentist Assistants, and industry-related support staff. • Travel to or facilitate virtually to conduct customized informative experiences. • Work with assigned territory Sales Regional Managers and Business Development Representatives to accomplish specific business development goals for each account through education. • Deliver outstanding educational experiences while creating the ideal adult learning environment to prepare prospects for new and existing customers for success. • Lead learner follow-up and related communication. • Demonstrate products by facilitating hands-on surgeries in a clinical setting. • Adapt quickly to unique learning styles in diverse environments. • Always demonstrate integrity. • Book travel, respecting guidelines, timelines, and budget. • Participate in weekly/monthly team meetings and training. Note: This is a heavy travel role, including some nights and weekends. Qualifications • Minimum of 3 years clinical full arch surgical experience with implant placement. • Strong skills in intraoral scanning and extra-oral photographs for digital wax-up; able to effectively communicate the importance of pre-operative records to a surgical team for digital design. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Ability to function well in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment. • Must be willing to travel 50% overnights!
