The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Cloud Application Developer plays a vital role in driving innovation by combining strategy, creativity, and technology to deliver customer-focused, fit-for-purpose solutions. Key responsibilities include fostering inter-departmental collaboration, developing low-code web and mobile applications, streamlining manual or repetitive tasks, integrating applications through APIs to automate processes, and creating automated reporting solutions. . WHAT YOU WILL DO Development and Architecture: Be a subject matter expert but stay humble. Continue learning and exploring new technologies, tools, and services that will be necessary to architect your solutions. Be a Power Platform expert and explore as many other applications and automation development tools and services as you can (Office 365, Azure, Enterprise Service Bus, Google Apps/AppSheets, etc.). Integrate multiple disparate systems through the use of API’s, automation, and other methods. Learn about, explore, and implement opportunities to automate manual tasks or improve user experience. Challenge the status quo and encourage team members and partners in the business unit to embrace what is possible and think 'outside of the box'. Manage third-party applications, including third-level support, maintenance, and vendor relationships as required. Day-to-day support: Triage and manage needs to custom applications, provide rapid response to issues that need same-day response. Engage and respond to third parties to ensure they deliver to our needs. WHAT WE LOOK FOR Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Experience: With 4+ years of experience in application, data analytics, or development-related work. 2 or more years of experience with SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate and PowerShell. 2 or more years of experience with Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Automation Accounts and DevOps Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. Technical Skills: Knowledge of software development best practices and agile delivery methodology. Knowledge of relational and dimensional database structures, theories, principles, and practice.
