Responsibilities Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients). Expanding the relationships with existing customers by sustained communication, understanding of their needs. Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers. Analysis of user behavior, finding hidden needs, writing key customer analysis reports, and communicating with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions. Research and brainstorm on new methods of client acquisition based on data driven insights. Requirements Bachelors or Masters in Finance, Math, Business or related fields. Having foundational understanding of the financial market (for example CFA level 1) is preferred Past experience doing sales in at a traditional brokerage firm or financial institution is highly desirable. Strong communication, ability to be flexible in a variety of situations, excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills, able to work under pressure. Passionate about crypto. Industry experience would be of an advantage. Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
