Instructor for Live Online Training in Optical Transmission Networks (DWDM, OTN, SDH)
Job Description: We are 4bios IT Academy, a technology training company, and we are looking for a professional to deliver live online training focused on optical transmission networks. Teaching experience is not required. We are searching for someone with solid technical knowledge and a genuine desire to teach and share expertise in a clear and practical way. Responsibilities: Conduct live online sessions via Google Meet Teach core concepts of optical transmission networks Present real-world scenarios, best practices, and use cases Support students by answering questions during the classes Desired Technical Background: Experience in one or more of the following areas: Optical Transport / Transmission Networks DWDM, CWDM, WDM OTN (Optical Transport Network) SDH/SONET Network topologies (Ring, P2P, Mesh, etc.) Synchronization, protection, and redundancy O&M, troubleshooting, and backbone failure analysis Fiber optics fundamentals, measurements, and OTDR What We Are Looking For: Strong technical expertise Clear communication skills Didactic mindset (teaching experience is a plus, but not required) Motivation to share knowledge and help students grow If you are passionate about optical networks and enjoy helping others learn, we would be happy to meet you.
