We are seeking an experienced and energetic Investment Advisory Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. What You’ll Do: • Guide Datalign Advisory prospects through the process of matching and connecting with financial advisory firms. • Manage outreach and qualification process for prospects expressing interest in leveraging Datalign Advisory’s platform to find a financial advisor • Leverage customer skills, data, AI tools, and scripted talking points to simplify complex financial concepts effectively while building rapport and credibility with our prospect during client-centered discussions • Stay current on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry terminology to provide informed recommendations. • Build and maintain relationships with RIA partners, ensuring a high level of trust and service excellence. • Work collaboratively with internal teams to optimize client experience and enhance service offerings. • Drive innovation and process improvement by providing customer needs feedback to shape the product and partnerships we build • Ensure full compliance with SEC and state regulations for RIAs. What You Bring: • 3+ Years as a Invest Advisor Representative at a Registered Investment Advisory Firm (RIA), Brokerage firm, or in a similar financial advisory role. • 2+ years of customer-centric sales experience and a proven history of hitting or exceeding targets • Experience with multi-channel sales and customer support (phone, email, chat, SMS) • Active Series 65 license (or equivalent SEC/State qualifications). • Deep expertise in financial planning, investment management, and wealth advisory services. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric approach. • Previous experience with CRM tools - Salesforce or similar platform • Strong ability to work independently while being a key part of a collaborative team. • Are a strong verbal and written communicator with the ability to identify and deliver unique customer insights to cross functional teams Join us at Datalign and help us revolutionize the way people access financial advisory services.
