iOS (Swift) Developer
About the Role SourceFuse is seeking a highly experienced iOS Engineer to own end-to-end mobile app development for design-driven, brand-centric applications. You’ll ensure security, performance, and scalability while collaborating closely with designers and product managers. This role is best suited for a senior engineer who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. Success in the first 3–6 months means: • Leading development of a polished iOS application from concept to release • Establishing CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable deployments • Implementing secure coding practices to protect sensitive data • Delivering high test coverage with XCTest or similar frameworks • Optimizing app responsiveness, memory usage, and performance Key Responsibilities • Lead development of iOS apps using Swift and Apple frameworks • Translate design-driven requirements into seamless user experiences • Write secure, scalable, and maintainable code • Ensure robust testing with unit and integration tests • Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitrise) • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making • Optimize app performance across devices and OS versions • Oversee app store submission and release processes Requirements • 8+ years in mobile application development (with deep focus on iOS) • Expert in Swift, Apple frameworks, and App Store best practices • Strong background in secure coding and data protection • Hands-on experience with XCTest or similar testing frameworks • Proven track record delivering high-quality, design-focused applications • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows • Advanced English (C1/C2) written and spoken • Based in LATAM, aligned with U.S. business hours Preferred Qualifications • Experience with SwiftUI and Combine • Knowledge of accessibility best practices • Familiarity with analytics, A/B testing, and performance monitoring tools Compensation & Logistics • Compensation: $4,000–$4,300 USD/month • Full-time, remote role from LATAM • Collaboration with global teams across U.S., UK, India, and other regions • Opportunity to mentor and grow into a technical leadership role Company Overview SourceFuse is a global digital transformation partner with 600+ employees and 19+ years of experience delivering cloud-native solutions.
