Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) on a part-time basis. This remote position allows you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities by providing essential 1:1 therapy.

Key Responsibilities
? Deliver individualized therapy in outpatient clinics or approved community settings, such as homes, schools, and daycare facilities.
? Execute client-specific programs and behavior plans as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts/Assistant Analysts (BCBA/BCaBA).
? Accurately complete all required clinical documentation in a timely manner.
? Uphold client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
? Communicate effectively with all members of the client?s treatment team.
? Participate in scheduled staff meetings and supervision sessions to enhance learning and professional development.
