Walmart is hiring Online Order Filling Team Associates to help fulfill customer orders efficiently. You will be responsible for locating, selecting, and preparing customer orders for pickup or delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Retrieve and prepare customer online orders for pickup or delivery
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in selecting the correct products
- Package and label items following company guidelines
- Use Walmart’s order management system to update order statuses
- Maintain product quality and freshness (for grocery orders)
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete daily order quotas
- Provide excellent customer service when needed
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean work environment
Skills & Qualifications
Required:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods (for in-store roles)
- Comfortable using technology and handheld devices to manage orders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Reliable internet connection and home workspace (for remote positions)
Preferred (but not required):
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or order fulfillment
- Knowledge of Walmart’s eCommerce platform and inventory systems
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
