As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will support the sales team by analyzing data, streamlining processes, and providing insights that drive sales performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our sales operations and contribute to the overall success of the organization. You will also support and implement company-wide initiatives designed to advance alignment with, and achievement of, the sales team’s strategy and objectives. ### **Responsibilities** • Assist in the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales data to identify trends and opportunities • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including CRM management and data entry • Collaborate with senior team members to develop and maintain sales dashboards and performance metrics • Monitor the Deal Verification queue to ensure quote policies, quote timeliness, contract policies, and deal close processes are being adhered to and escalate issues as needed • Support sales meetings, ensure data integrity and correct display of data • Review quote and data exceptions with sales teams along with other sales resources and follow-up on action items • Help streamline sales processes and improve operational efficiency • Conduct research to support sales strategies and initiatives • Prepare reports and presentations for management and sales meetings • Participate in the implementation of sales tools and technologies • Provide support for ad-hoc projects as needed • Ensure the integrity of Salesforce data Apply tot his job
