Disassembles, cleans, and reassembles kitchen equipment. Follows detailed instructions. Replaces light bulbs and cleans light globes, fixtures, etc. Unloads moderately heavy to heavy merchandise and supplies from incoming delivery trucks and stores items in designated locations. Washes, cleans, disinfects, and maintains restrooms in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. Sweeps and mops floors as required; dusts, cleans, and polishes furniture/fixtures. Washes windows, walls, partitions, and blinds that may require using a ladder. Maintains exterior facility cleanliness such as sweeping and cleaning parking lots, drive-thru lanes, sidewalks, and signing. Maintains facility landscaping to include cutting grass, pulling weeds, and trimming shrubbery. Ensures compliance with fire, safety, sanitation, and security regulations.
