As a Foresight Therapist, You’ll Enjoy: Consistent schedule aligned with your availability for FT or PT Work remote or in a hybrid setting Freedom to use modalities aligned with your strengths and client needs Easy documentation through a streamlined EHR Professional development, consultation groups, and a dedicated support team for building caseloads, credentialing, and billing Free in-house Continuing Education and reimbursement for up to $600/year toward Professional Certification Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and mental health nurse practitioners Real people support from our live trainings, in-house IT, and operations teams What You’ll Do: Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families (virtually) Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans Complete timely electronic documentation (within 72 hrs) Management of caseload including schedule maintenance, charge slips, high balances and consistent attendance What We Offer: In addition to the base compensation, full-time Foresighters’ total compensation package includes comprehensive healthcare options, retirement benefits, 401(k) match, company-paid life insurance, and paid holidays and time off. Full-time: $70,000–$110,000/year (based on caseload, minimum of 25 clients/week) Plus a $3,500 Sign-On Bonus for full-time roles (paid over 9 months) Part-time (hourly): $50 USD (minimum 12 hours/week of availability required, average of 10-24 clients/week) What We’re Looking For: Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCCs), and or Clinical Psychologists who reside in a state in which we operate (CA residency required for hybrid roles).
