Role Snapshot: Start Date: Immediate openings available Company: Workwarp Compensation: Competitive salary with commission-based structure Position: Life Insurance Sales Agent - Remote Position - Flexible Hours Location: Remote (work from home) Job Summary: As a Life Insurance Sales Agent with Workwarp, you will be responsible for contacting and maintaining relationships with clients, booking appointments, and explaining policy coverage to clients. You will work independently from home and have the flexibility to set your own schedule. We are looking for individuals who are organized, customer-focused, and have excellent interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Contact and maintain professional relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions. Appointment Booking: Book appointments with clients to discuss their insurance needs and provide product information. Application Processing: Take and submit online applications, and follow up with the back office as needed. Virtual Meetings: Attend weekly virtual calls to stay up-to-date on product information and best practices. Policy Explanation: Explain policy coverage to clients once their policy is approved. Interpersonal Skills: Maintain excellent interpersonal skills and provide exceptional customer service to clients. Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: Integrity: Be honest and trustworthy in all interactions with clients and colleagues. Licensure: Hold a General Life & Health License or be willing to obtain one. Communication Skills: Be comfortable speaking with prospective clients over the phone.
