This is a remote position. Symphony-Solution is seeking an enthusiastic and tech-savvy Live Chat Agent to provide real-time support to our website visitors and clients. As the first point of contact you will help users with inquiries provide guidance on services and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
