Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the Notice of Action letter process and ensure a positive member experience. Stay updated on changes in healthcare regulations and incorporate them into the auditing process. Conduct frequent quality checks to ensure consistency and accuracy in the Notice of Action letters. Communicate any potential issues or concerns to management, and provide recommendations for improvement. Adhere to strict timelines to ensure timely delivery of Notice of Action letters to members. Assist with training and mentoring new team members on auditing processes and procedures. Continuously evaluate and improve auditing processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
