ZEEKR is seeking a highly experienced and well-connected professional to join our team as a Market Intelligence lead analyst, focused on the autonomous vehicle (AV) and mobility industries. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of the U.S. AV ecosystem—particularly ride hail fleet operators, commercial partnerships, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies. The ideal candidate will help our organization proactively anticipate market movements, identify collaboration opportunities, and inform strategic decision-making. This role will play a critical part in ensuring that our organization remains competitive, agile, and informed to proactively respond to the rapidly evolving autonomous mobility landscape. Key Responsibilities: • Market & Competitive Intelligence: monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and developments within the AV and mobility ecosystem — specifically Waymo’s growth, market expansions, and partnerships. • Strategic Insights & Reporting: provide briefings and strategic reports to leadership, synthesizing market developments into actionable insights. • Partnership & Ecosystem Mapping: identify collaboration opportunities and/or synergies based on competitor and partner activity. • Government & City Affairs: monitor policy changes, municipal programs, and regulatory environments in target U.S. cities. • Scenario & Strategy Development: support long-term planning by providing data-driven recommendations and scenario analysis. • Stakeholder Engagement: align closely with internal marketing, public affairs, and strategy teams regarding potential market entries and growth planning. Requirements & Qualifications: • A self-starter with strong curiosity about the AV and smart mobility sectors. • Ideally a former Waymo professional or someone with direct exposure to market launch operations, scaling partnerships, or city deployment and engagement strategies. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, strategic environment where insights directly shape organizational direction. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Public Policy, Urban Planning, or a related field. • Experience: 5+ years in market intelligence, corporate strategy, mobility consulting, or government/city affairs within the autonomous vehicle or broader mobility industry. • Industry Background: Must have previous experience working with or for Waymo or a leading autonomous vehicle company (i.e.: Cruise, Zoox, Aurora, Motional) is highly preferred. • Expertise: Deep understanding of the U.S. AV industry, including regulatory frameworks, operational footprints, and commercial partnerships. • Skills: • Strong analytical, strategic, and presentation skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Proficiency in research tools, data visualization, and business intelligence software.
