Job Title: Sr. Marketing Specialist, Retention - Remote USA Role Overview: As a critical member of the McAfee retention team, the digital marketing specialist will be responsible for driving key business metrics through data-driven experimentation, and optimization. This person will report to the Manager of Retention Marketing and be responsible for identifying, planning, executing, and monitoring the performance of lifecycle marketing campaigns and other strategic initiatives intended to optimize and personalize the individual customer journey from initial purchase and activation through retention. This person will work with marketing specialists and other cross-functional partners through the day-to-day execution of testing, analytics, creative, and campaign launches for key customer segments. This is a remote position in the United States. We will only consider candidates based in the United States and are not offering relocation at this time. About the Role: Lead the strategy, creation, and execution of comprehensive integrated lifecycle marketing campaigns across product, email, and channels, aimed at increasing awareness, fostering understanding, and driving growth through retention. Advocate for the consumer and partners, ensuring consistency in visuals and messaging across programs, audiences, and regions within the business. Lead creative optimization for the customer journey to improve the customer relationship and drive engagement, while focusing on key monetization opportunities. Develop and execute testing strategies to optimize retention and monetization through personalized offers, promotions, and messaging. Perform end-to-end monitoring of campaign execution and performance. Work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to manage stakeholders and drive initiatives. Monitor, evaluate, and report on key metrics relating to bookings, retention rates, customer journey, and campaign performance for the portion of the retention business within your scope. About You: 5 years of experience in a similar role. Mid-level experience and proven demonstration of driving numerous initiatives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Notable experience with “customer” obsession, testing process, digital marketing strategy and execution, web analytics, and conversion funnel optimization. Experience with agile marketing and testing processes is preferred. Strong strategic and tactical execution skills including proven ability to drive multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Self-motivation, persistence, and the ability to strive for success within established timelines. Strong interpersonal communication skills to develop key relationships and create alignment across departments to motivate teams to accomplish objectives.
