Media Buyer / Analyst For Ecommerce Brands ($100k/day+ Spend)

The Job We run Meta accounts spending $100k+/day across multiple 9-figure brands. We need someone to watch them, spot problems early, and tell us what's happening before it shows up in the weekly report. You monitor and diagnose. You don't execute. You'll work directly with the founder — not through layers of account managers. When you flag something, it gets heard. When you're right, you'll know immediately. Fast feedback, real consequences. What You'll Actually Do Monitor Meta accounts for performance stability across campaigns, ad sets, and creatives. Track spend, CPA, CTR, volume — learn what normal looks like so you can spot when it isn't. Detect creative fatigue before the numbers scream. Read early signals: comment sentiment, delivery shifts, pacing anomalies. Understand attribution lag and delayed effects. Know when a "problem" is just Wednesday and when it's actually structural. Escalate with clarity: What's happening Why it matters What you'd recommend How urgent it actually is Sometimes the right call is to do nothing. You'll need the judgment to know when, and the confidence to say it. You Might Be a Fit If... You've managed ad spend before and felt responsible for outcomes — not just reported on them. Or you haven't touched ads, but you're analytically sharp. You came from finance, data science, trading, research, ops — somewhere with real stakes and fast feedback. You learn fast and you're looking for something more interesting. You notice patterns before they're obvious. You'd rather understand why something happened than just react to it. You're comfortable making judgment calls with incomplete information. You communicate clearly. No fluff, no hedging, no 500 words when 50 will do. Not a Fit If... You need detailed SOPs to feel comfortable. This role is mostly judgment. You optimize for looking busy rather than being right. You've never questioned a "best practice." You want to build campaigns and create ads. That's not this job. Background Either: 1-2+ years hands-on Meta media buying with real budget responsibility Or: Strong analytical background (finance, data, trading, research, operations) with genuine interest in paid media You're smart, you learn fast, and you want to work on something with tangible outcomes Triple Whale / First Click attribution experience is a plus. If you don't have it, you can learn. What actually matters: Pattern recognition. Clear communication. Calm under pressure. Ownership mentality. What You Won't Do Build campaigns or ad sets. Create creatives. Execute inside Meta. Build dashboards or reports. This role exists because we separated thinking from doing. You're on the thinking side.
