They are seeking a Nationwide Field Service Technician to travel nationwide, installing and troubleshooting electronic systems, ensuring smooth operations for their clients. Responsibilities Travel nationwide to install, troubleshoot, and repair cutting-edge 12-volt electronic systems—think GPS, tire inflation monitors, refrigeration sensors, warehouse tech, and more Utilize diagnostic computers and software for troubleshooting and configuration Perform all work in accordance with standard operating procedures, engineering specifications, and safety protocols Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services performed using mobile computing devices and Microsoft Office tools Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and project leaders to ensure clarity of expectations and resolution of issues Independently manage service schedules and travel itineraries in coordination with dispatch or operations teams Skills Minimum of 1 year of experience in 12-volt electronics, automotive, mechanical, or related technical work Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record Must be 21 years of age or older to meet company vehicle insurance requirements Comfort with frequent nationwide travel and overnight stays Strong mechanical aptitude and a knack for troubleshooting Ability to work independently and follow procedures precisely Basic tech skills—Microsoft Office, mobile apps, digital documentation Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds, stand, kneel, crouch, climb ladders Perform physical tasks in varied environments and temperatures both indoors and outdoors Formal technical training or certification in automotive, electrical, or electronics repair Prior field service or mobile installation experience Previous experience with fleet technologies or warehouse automation systems Company Overview As the industry leader, our versatile background allows us to seamlessly and effectively manage the installation and deployment.
