Lawn Doctor is a growing local franchise business seeking a dependable Office Administrator. This hybrid position involves maintaining customer satisfaction through inbound and outbound calls, managing customer data, and supporting the sales team. Responsibilities Take inbound calls from customers and prospective customers Make outbound calls to follow up and ensure customer satisfaction Compose and reply to customer and prospect emails Assist sales team with selling services over the phone Maintain accurate customer data records Take payments and handle collections Serve as first line of support for customer inquiries via various communication platforms Maintain detailed records of customer accounts in CRM Work closely with team to identify and resolve issues through effective problem solving techniques Skills High school Diploma; Higher education preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in telephone customer interactions Proficient computer skills Commitment to continuous learning and development Exceptional attention to detail Friendly and enjoy meeting new people Positive attitude Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment Knowledge in agronomy or plant health Experience using CRM platforms Experience in digital marketing Benefits Competitive salary Paid time off Training & development Company Overview Lawn Doctor is a consumer service company that offers lawn maintenance, shrub care and pest control services.
