The position requires the candidate to be based in Los Angeles. In this Role, you’ll get to: Provide operational support to the Americas Market Management team to ensure smooth execution of daily business activities Assist in preparing reports and performance analyses to track operational efficiency and KPI achievement Identify process gaps and propose data-driven recommendations to improve productivity and workflow quality Support planning, coordination, and follow-up of regional business initiatives, campaigns, and cross-functional projects Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Product, Market, Customer Service, etc.) to streamline partner and operational processes. Maintain accurate documentation, SOPs, and training materials to support knowledge sharing and process standardization. Utilize internal systems and analytical tools to monitor operations, troubleshoot issues, and provide actionable insights. What you’ll Need to Succeed: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across global teams. Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with the travel, hospitality, or e-commerce industries is an advantage. Mandarin proficiency is a plus, but not required.
