What You’ll Do • Enter and process customer/wholesale orders in Cin7 and QuickBooks • Update inventory reports using data from warehouse and logistics partners • Track shipments and coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time delivery • Support the Operations Manager with administrative and reporting tasks What We’re Looking For • 1–3 years in operations, logistics, or related field • Experience with Cin7 or similar inventory/ERP systems a plus • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic reporting • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications • Based in Hawaii or U.S. West Coast, available during Pacific Time hours Why You’ll Love Working Here • Flexible remote role • Small, collaborative team where your work is valued • Opportunities to grow with the company Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $27.64 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week Application Question(s): • Are you proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications? • Do you have experience with cin7 or other equivalent ERP systems? • Are you based in Hawaii or the West Coast?
