Key Responsibilities: Professionally manage a high volume of incoming calls , greeting callers with a polite and pleasant demeanor. Accurately gather and relay essential information , ensuring all message details are thorough and precise. Verify and meticulously enter information into our system, providing clients with confidence that their issues will be effectively communicated. Qualifications: A welcoming voice and an upbeat, professional tone. Strong command of the English language, including excellent spelling and grammar. Proficiency in a Windows-based computer environment. Ability to type 35 words per minute or more. Excellent attendance record. Availability to work one weekend day No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training in a positive, team-focused environment designed for your success. Compensation: $17.50/Hour Shifts: Part-Time Various Shifts Available, evenings and weekends Must be available to work a weekend day (Sat or Sun each week) Training will last approximately one week.
