Description Are you a compassionate and experienced therapist seeking a flexible, part-time opportunity to make a meaningful impact? We are looking for an independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) to provide high-quality remote counseling services to individuals of all ages. In this role, you will assist clients in navigating challenges such as stress, self-esteem, family and relationship concerns, mental health conditions, and more. This position is primarily remote, with occasional in-person meetings (no more than once per quarter). Applicants must reside in and be licensed in the state of Arizona. Skills • Proficiency in telehealth services and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems • Strong knowledge of mental health conditions, behavioral interventions, and evidence-based therapeutic techniques • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster a supportive environment for clients • Experience providing therapy to children, teens, adults, couples, and families Responsibilities • Conduct intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to support mental and emotional well-being • Utilize solution-focused and strengths-based therapeutic approaches • Facilitate child/family team (CFT) meetings and coordinate with relevant agencies as needed • Support clients experiencing crises, including those with thoughts of suicide, substance use disorders, and other challenges • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, schools, and organizations to ensure comprehensive care • Document progress notes, treatment plans, and required reports in an electronic health record system Qualifications • Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred) • Licensed in Arizona as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) • Experience providing therapy to children, teens, adults, couples, and families • Proficiency in telehealth services and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems • Strong knowledge of mental health conditions, behavioral interventions, and evidence-based therapeutic techniques • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster a supportive environment for clients Education Requirements • Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field Education Requirements Credential Category • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Experience Requirements • Experience providing therapy to children, teens, adults, couples, and families Why work in Mesa, AZ Mesa, AZ offers a vibrant community with a rich cultural scene, beautiful outdoor spaces, and numerous opportunities for professional networking.
