Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring efficient communication within the organization. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, excellent customer service skills, and proficiency in various office software. Duties • Handle multi-line phone systems, ensuring effective communication and phone etiquette. • Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and filing systems. • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. • Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, editing, and proofreading. • Maintain office organization through effective filing systems and clerical duties. • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and administrative efficiency. • Provide personal assistant support to executives as required. Experience • Previous office experience or clerical experience is essential. • Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory. • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse clientele. • Strong computer skills are required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. • Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities are crucial for success in this role. • Experience as a dental receptionist or medical receptionist is advantageous but not required.
