As a Principal Enterprise Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing the technology landscape, ensuring that enterprise systems align with strategic business objectives. You will collaborate closely with business leaders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to design scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures. This role involves evaluating application portfolios, guiding technology decisions, implementing AI-driven solutions, and driving innovation across multiple domains. By leveraging your expertise in enterprise architecture and emerging technologies, you will influence the organization’s roadmap, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. The position combines strategic vision, hands-on technical leadership, and strong communication to deliver meaningful business impact. Accountabilities • Execute the strategic vision for the enterprise architecture practice, aligning technology initiatives with organizational goals. • Lead architecture work across business, solution, application, data, and technology domains. • Participate in Architecture Review Boards to guide sound technology decisions and reduce technical debt. • Design and develop IT capabilities that improve business operations, workload orchestration, and automation. • Evaluate and rationalize the application portfolio, recommending retirements, consolidations, or replacements as needed. • Define and enforce architecture standards and guidelines across the enterprise. • Produce target-state solution architectures, conduct gap analyses, and contribute to solution strategy and roadmap development. • Collaborate with data and integration architects to ensure data integrity, security, compliance, and seamless system communication. • Partner with business leaders to develop capability models that translate business needs into technology solutions. • Identify opportunities to leverage new technologies and AI-driven solutions to enhance enterprise operations. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 5+ years of proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, leading architecture initiatives across large-scale systems and business transformation programs. • Technical expertise in foundational security, cloud strategy, architecture design, and AI platforms. • Experience with Marketing and Sales technologies (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce). • Familiarity with TOGAF/EA methodologies, ITSM/ITIL, Agile frameworks, and security standards. • Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, CISSP, or public cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, GCP). • Proven track record of delivering large-scale initiatives from concept to deployment using AI solutions like Microsoft Copilot or Salesforce Agentforce. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Hands-on experience in data architecture, application/solution architecture, integration, technology governance, and business capability modeling. • Knowledge of enterprise data management, application portfolio management, and secure, scalable architecture principles. • Competitive salary: $153,000 - $170,000 per year. • Benefits starting from Day 1, including retirement plan matching. • Flexible paid time off and wellness support programs. • Parental and caregiver leave, fertility and adoption support. • Continuous development and training programs. • Employee assistance programs and inclusion communities. • Recognition programs and additional perks tailored to support work-life balance and professional growth.
