Description • Own the data-driven heartbeat of Signet’s global e-commerce portfolio—Kay, Jared, Zales, Banter, Peoples, H.Samuel, and Ernest Jones—by turning billions of customer interactions into actionable insights that directly shape product roadmaps and revenue growth. • Dive deep into Adobe Analytics, Medallia, and CSAT/NPS data to uncover friction points in the digital customer journey; translate findings into crisp user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria that engineering teams can execute with confidence. • Partner shoulder-to-shoulder with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineers in an Agile environment to prioritize backlog items, refine sprint plans, and ensure every release delivers measurable improvements in engagement, conversion, and customer satisfaction. • Champion brand-specific identity across all digital touchpoints: collaborate with Design to preserve visual consistency through CSS, design tokens, and CMS theming while still pushing the envelope on conversion-focused UX enhancements. • Validate every feature before it reaches millions of shoppers—conduct manual and functional testing, coordinate with QA, and run A/B experiments to confirm that each initiative meets both technical and business acceptance criteria. • Present compelling product demonstrations to executive stakeholders, translating complex data into clear narratives that secure buy-in and funding for next-quarter initiatives. • Continuously monitor post-launch KPIs, build automated dashboards, and iterate rapidly—your analysis will determine whether a feature scales globally or pivots within weeks, not months. • Serve as the technical bridge between business and engineering: advise on CMS capabilities, front-end feasibility, and integration trade-offs so that roadmap promises stay realistic and achievable. • Contribute to a culture of experimentation and learning—run design-thinking workshops, share best-practice playbooks, and mentor junior analysts as Signet expands its digital footprint across 2,800+ stores worldwide. • Thrive in a remote-first environment that values outcomes over hours, supported by cutting-edge collaboration tools and a leadership team committed to diversity, inclusion, and your personal career growth.
