QA Engineer - Remote / Entry Level

As a QA Engineer, you will develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, facilitate continuous integration and deployment processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Experience: 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in software testing. • Certifications: ISTQB or CSTE certification is a plus. Technical Skills: • Strong proficiency in manual and automated testing processes. • Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar. • Familiarity with programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C#. • Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.). Soft Skills: • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members. • Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to finding solutions. Other Requirements: • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle. Note: This role includes a paid training & evaluation period prior to placement. Candidates must complete the training as part of the hiring process.
