A K-12 school in Vacaville, CA is seeking four Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for the 2025/2026 school year. This contract position offers an opportunity to provide direct behavioral support within a classroom setting as part of a pilot program implementing RBT services for the first time. Responsibilities: • Lead a classroom setting by implementing behavior intervention plans. • Collaborate closely with 1-2 paraprofessionals assigned to the classroom to support student progress. • Collect and analyze data on student behavior to guide adjustments in strategies. • Communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and administration to ensure cohesive support. • Maintain compliance with relevant behavioral and ethical standards. Qualifications: • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. • Experience working in educational settings with school-aged children preferred. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to lead and collaborate within a classroom team environment. • Commitment to supporting diverse student needs and advancing positive behavioral outcomes.
