Real Estate Agent – Leasing & Sales
We are seeking a motivated and licensed Real Estate Agent with a primary focus on leasing rental properties, while also supporting residential sales transactions. This role is ideal for agents who enjoy working with landlords and tenants and earning commission through leasing activity, with additional income opportunities through sales. This position is primarily remote, with occasional travel to Burnsville for meetings, key/lockbox pickup or drop off and other related needs. • Prospect and work with landlords and tenants to lease rental properties • List, market, and show available rental properties • Negotiate lease terms and execute lease agreements • Prepare leasing contracts and related documentation • Maintain and update rental property listings and leasing records • Conduct market rent analyses and advise landlords on pricing • Support buyer and seller transactions as needed • List, market, and show properties for sale • Assist with purchase agreements and transaction coordination • Coordinate with lenders, escrow, inspectors, and other real estate professionals Apply tot his job
