Recertification Business Development Representative - WI

HySafe is seeking a skilled and motivated business development professional to join our team. This position is critical to extending our reach to new territories, enhancing relationships with customers, and providing service after installation solutions. Responsibilities Craft a sales strategy in partnership with the Sales Leader and Recertification Leader, with established targets nationwide Identify, initiate, and cultivate new sales opportunities to increase awareness and interest in HySafe through online research, networking, phone calls and email reach outs Provide appropriate fall protection service-after-install solutions from fall protection systems installed by the HySafe Construction team Partner with Customer Support to diligently follow up on projects installed by HySafe to up-sell OSHA-required recertification services to the existing customer Educate and sell client multi-year service contracts to best service the customer’s fall protection compliance requirements Comfortability with digital marketing initiatives and ability to coordinate with Marketing team on growing incoming lead engine Provide prompt follow-up and communication along the customer journey Manage $1M+ pipeline in CRM, with expectations for increased growth Comfortability with developing colder leads from competitors’ systems Coordinate with the Recertification Leader/Engineering team on information gathering, estimating, contract review, proposal generation, and close-out process Develop and deliver sales presentations, visit distributors, participate in trade shows, and other business development events Skills Minimum 1 years of sales and/or technical project management experience, with a focus on selling service or maintenance contracts as an up-selling offering required Fluency with all Microsoft Office products Reside in Milwaukee, Chicago, Cincinnati or Orlando markets near major airport and able to travel up to 20% of the time Travel to home office in Union Grove, WI may be required Passion for safety and a track record of establishing and growing customer accounts and relationships Technically astute with excellent presentation skills, customer service attitude, attention to detail and problem-solving skills Highly ethical, positive culture addition, self-motivated Demonstrates HySafe's core values: Respect, Positivity, Urgency, Mastery, Precision Construction and/or fall protection experience a plus Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM is a plus Technical sales skills a plus Similar to Account Manager / Inside Sales role and some PM and B2B sales exp very helpful Experienced in manufacturing, construction, or industrial markets Benefits Competitive salary with commission opportunity Per diem Comprehensive benefits including subsidized healthcare Basic life insurance 401(k) company match up to 3% Paid time off Paid holidays Company Overview HySafe offers services in design, engineering, installation, certification, and training related to fall protection systems.
