Hepdex is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations and ensure smooth communication across departments. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, managing correspondence, and streamlining processes to enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for team members Prepare, proofread, and organize documents, reports, and presentations Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications promptly and courteously Maintain and update databases, records, and filing systems Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting as needed Support project coordination and follow up on outstanding tasks Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and implement solutions Skills Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with virtual collaboration tools Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment High school diploma or equivalent Associate or bachelor's degree preferred Previous experience supporting teams in a remote or hybrid work environment is a plus Basic knowledge of project management or CRM software is advantageous Benefits Flexible remote work arrangement supporting work‑life balance.
