[Remote] Billing Supervisor - PRC

The Supervisor of Billing oversees all billing associates, ensuring performance and effectiveness while managing workflows and training to facilitate compliant billing and revenue improvement. Responsibilities Reports on Key Performance Indicators for the department and will be held to the standards identified as benchmarks for each client Manage the daily workflow of the department, monitor progress to identify trending issues and develop training or processes to address these issues Hold huddles to efficiently cover new or evolving training focuses to encourage and develop team members Overseeing progress on the floor and monitoring the worked accounts for quality assurance Manage assigned associate's time management and approval of timecards for payroll processing Skills 1 to 3 Years of experience in a relevant field Ability to oversee all Ensemble Health Partners Billing associates Responsible for the performance and effectiveness of the billing department Monitor associates' time and attendance, productivity, QA reviews, and daily assigned workflows Ensure associate education is provided and complete annual associate evaluations Ensure department objectives are met to facilitate compliant billing, improve revenue, accelerate cash, and reduce denials Monitor all associates who support paper biller and electronic biller functions to ensure accuracy of claims submissions Work with multiple disciplines including Patient Access, Coding, Follow Up, Denials, and any additional Revenue Management departments Empower staff to develop methods of process improvement, including planning and setting priorities Report on Key Performance Indicators for the department Manage the daily workflow of the department and monitor progress to identify trending issues Hold huddles to cover new or evolving training focuses Oversee progress on the floor and monitor worked accounts for quality assurance Manage assigned associates' time management and approval of timecards for payroll processing Excel knowledge is preferred Experience with Revenue Cycle Management and Billing is preferred Can require air travel or car travel occasionally for new client integrations Benefits Bonus Incentives Paid Certifications Tuition Reimbursement Comprehensive Benefits Career Advancement Associate Benefits – We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the physical, emotional, and financial health of you and your family, including healthcare, time off, retirement, and well-being programs.
